Melia Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta

My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food choices at the restaurants were enjoyable, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The presence of mold and humidity made it difficult to relax, and the dining experience could be frustrating with limited hours. The resort has potential, but I wouldn't recommend it for the price, as better options are available elsewhere.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our wedding at this resort! The staff was incredibly attentive, and Reyna in the romance department went above and beyond to make our day special. While the food at the reception exceeded our expectations, we found that outside dining options were more appealing for other meals, and the amenities could use some updates. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, but there are a few areas for improvement.

While I appreciated the variety of activities available, the outdated rooms and less than ideal dining options made it hard to fully enjoy my stay. My stay at Melia Puerto Vallarta was quite the rollercoaster. While I enjoyed the convenient location close to the marina and the attentive service provided by most of the staff, the overall quality of the rooms and the dining experience left a lot to be desired. There were issues with bugs in the room, which really dampened the experience. On the bright side, the pool area was nice and great for families, but the food was repetitive and not up to par. All in all, it's a mixed bag, and with some improvements, it could be a lot better.
